AGCO is not a brand. AGCO is a stock holding company that has possession of a few brands.
They tried the AGCO brand on Tractors. It failed. In short order. It'd probably fail again.
Not enough Allis or White fans alive to make yet another attempt at retro-branding, and have it succeed.
They KNOW the AGCO name [as a brand] would fail, due to experience.
Proof:
Fendt, Valtra, GSI, RoGator, TerraGator, and Challenger.... none of them are AGCO branded, and for good reason.
All of them happened AFTER the failed attempt to revive the orange tractor that was branded AGCO.
And, all of them remain as profitable brands, so far.
The Agco tractor brand was sold alongside Fendt, Valtra, MF, Challenger, etc.
All of our Fendts have a big Agco label on the Serial tag...
