13 states see ratings go backwards including ill’ s 5 % and only one states ratings increase 1% and the overall only goes down 1% hmmm.
Haven't you figured out the conspiracy yet? Remember there is still old crop out there yet they need to steel. Now the math doesn't even add up on the report. USDA is very confident we're just dumb farmers...
