Greencastle, Pa. | Darrel, You are "lucky". You do not want to be "here" and have an EPA "visit". "Here" you will get a call from the region 3 office [Philadelphia Pa.] setting up a "visit" date. That gives you time to get The NRCS your plan writer and papers all ready. Per our Plan writer ,NRCS and Pa. DEP we are in "complete" complacence with our CAFO plan. Per EPA we are not. "Here" they [EPA] out source's there "dirty" work to a out-fit out of Golden Co. named P>G>Environmental and that say's it all !!!!!!!!!!!!!! There were two Reps from the EPA but they said little. Ms. Jacobson from P>G> Environmental ran the "show" and when the "report" showed-up It was "blatant" that she cared not what she saw, herd or was told by all. Now we have to reply to each and every page of this crap and put a "copy" on the desk of the EPA rep. in Philly,if we don't "there" crap will be the "official" record on file. Pa. DEP says we are in complacence but be sure to "reply" to there crap.
