Check reply to "Cravenfarm" above. The EPA has sued the state of Pa. and Pa. DEP over the Chesapeake Bay clean up time table, so they are "all over" the CAFO operations in that water shed. And yes Pa. DEP reps will be there. We had our plan writer and our County NRCS rep that we work with here to back every thing up.
