From what I have read, a fax machine will not work on those devices...if that is of interest to you. No experience with it but we still occasionally use the fax so did not go further with the idea.
We are suppose to get a fiber internet connection shortly so probably will need to research the voip idea more.
I don’t do a lot of faxing but do a little. It does have a seperate port on the back of the box for a fax modem. I haven’t hooked it to my fax line yet, will wait until I’m hooked up. I never asked Verizon about faxing and they never volunteered so will have to wait and see. |
