West central Illinois | We have 3 great employees.... we make them part of the team make them feel invested in what is going on. Ask them for their input even if you know how you want to do it. Example want to build a fence threw that part of the pasture what do you think we should use for this or that? Sometimes they do have a better idea then you. Be flexible my one guy is the feed wagon man does chores 6 days a week all year besides in June he’s got t ball that day. So I do chores all weekend. It’s ez just treat them like you would want to be treated..... also work harder then them and don’t be a dick... | |
