frederick, MD | I had some employees that seemed to only want to work about 4 days a week. I ask an old timer super hard working hired man I had working for me, "why do these boys only Work 4 days a week". He response of very profound. He said "because they haven't figured out how to make it on 3 yet".
His point was most people only want to work as much as they need to. It's a job to them. Not a life. Life happens after work. | |
