Seems a lot of farmers are the least self aware people I know.
Almost every farmer I’ve ever heard talk about an employee that quit has remarked, “ I sure was good to him. Why, he didn’t put in half the hours I do.”
While they were in the co-op, or coffee shop while the new hand is working.
