Subject: Prime Pork Ribeye

East central Iowa

Went with friends to a restaurant last night for their anniversary.  I had something called Prime Pork Ribeye.  It was tender, juicy and delicious.  It almost tasted like steak.  My wife had the same and both were excellent.  They were done medium well.
It looked as though they were done on a grill.
I asked about them but the waitress said she was new and didn't know anything about them.

Looking on the net all I find is pork chops or loin.  I'd certainly like to replicate them but I'm not even certain what to ask for as which cut.  Then too I don't know how to cook/grill them.

Do any of you have any suggestions?  NOTE there was NO bone in this, it was all meat and no discernable fat.
