south Texas , York Rife Freemason		It was I think 80 % of the cost of new tractor,very few good tractors got scrapped m

All worn out junkers .

And the farmer kept the salvage tractor.

Salvage yard is full of IH 4wds , white cases ,8440, most did not look
Like they ran , were “ supposed “ to run .

Lots were pulled out of fence rows and made to run

About like any Govt program
Just a waste
