Southern Nevada desert | Old news, has been 2007 or newer emissions for a few years now......some places (air quality management districts) have the same laws for off highway equipment also, useless junkers like 4020s, 4440s, 1086s 7810s 8110s, are illegal to operate, you know, land of the free, home of the brave, rah rah.........everybody gets to be a criminal of some sort in Cali.......
I actually farm in Cali, I just don't like to admit to it........
Correction
The ag programs are voluntary and involve subsidies to replace old equipment, usually the old equipment needs to be destroyed.
