Mine last year got to a point where I took it once in the evening when I was very relaxed and it was 199/99. At my eye Dr appointment, it was 175/90. At my physical it was 163/92.

I have now gotten a CPAP and added another med. Tonight it was down to 142/80. I'm making progress.

Stay with the Dr's program and don't give up if it doesn't come down. For me, alpha blockers are working better than the beta blockers did. On a side note, one of my meds which is a generic of Cardura, also helps with enlarged prostate.
