Nw Iowa | Do you know what med? I know they had me on a higher rate of current med and I reduced down to lowest amount and felt more awake and felt better. Actually went to a cheap one called lasortem or something like that and feel pretty good . Now I noice if I had to go somewhere and forget medication I am actually more tired because blood pressure is making heart work harder. I had chemo about 20 years ago so my veins aren't as elastic so along with aging and about extra 15-20 pds so I am afraid I am stuck with it. Hoping next winter to try doing alittle more exercise walking in alittle warmer climate, at least for a month, as my wife loves to walk. | |
