Subject: Cat 45 Ez Steer settings

North Central MO
“Dialing in” EZ Steer on a Cat 45 today drilling wheat. Have not got it to come on line as quick as I want. Once on, its working well enough. I increased to .70 on freeplay, have brought turn angle from default 15 down to 13. Played with aggressiveness from 100 to 120. Not seeing much improvement. What would you suggest next.

After each headland turn I have to argue with it for sometimes 5 – 600 feet. For instance if we are offline 4” left, it will keep steering slowly left (even though display shows I’m left), sometimes till I’m near a foot left. I just grab the wheel and encourage it back online. Once it settles in all is well. Ran same system on 4430 planting this spring and had coming online much more quickly than with kitty today.

Running t2 and v4.

Thanks
