I have not been greatly involved in this end of the proceedings. The original thought was to download the video card onto and Ipad or a Windows laptop.

The 'problem' was that those to whom it would go are  not computer literate!

Thought the 'turn it on' - hit 'play' was the answer.

I cannot understand WHY a VIDEO player would only play an AUDIO file.

More investigation needed.
