they have serious regrets about allowing RFS to pass. They sure as heck want the 10% back and will do everything they can saving the next 5% (e15).
The RIN issue is smoke and mirrors. The only reason we have 60 cpg RINS is because merchant refiners would not invest to FOLLOW THEY LAW (that is over 10 years old).
