All you need is a cable with two spade connectors and then it goes to the same connector as a foot switch. The wires need to go into pins 2 and 7 of the green 12 pin connector.
This will fit the armrest in the 8100 up to the 8430 John Deere tractors. If you are referring to the new 8000R tractors the arm rest is different.
