I agree with the last 2 posters and some will say location makes all the difference but does it? Do you make your situation what you want so that's the circumstances? In my 30 some years on this Earth I remember 1 time of my Dad hauling cow manure and I don't remember what the reason was. I totally agree if you are in a cattle feeding situation that is different.

But I don't feel sorry for the complainers that post on here about cold calves and frozen calves and so on yes there is a bad situation that happens every once in a while and I have been in them myself and just try to make the best of it but a high percentage of the time it was my own management problem.
