NCIN

One theory of thought is trying to beat a potential dry spell.  By planting late first and early last, good chance they will all tassel at the same time during a dry spell.    Reverse the sequence, early hybrid will be tasseling when the late stuff is still thinking about it.  Could make a difference depending on rain.
