Central SD | I agree on the slow and buggy, corrupted files etc. Support made it sound like the dealers may have faster internet, but in their videos they also mention dealer "utility" if you have problems. Which leads me to believe there are known issues, that the "utility" either cleans up or repackets to get it to upload to OC. If it's just a clean backup/thumb drive, why doesn't Deere allow the customer a direct upload from the thumb drive to OC option, rather than from Apex. My conspiritorial opinion. :-) | |
