| I don't believe its the internet connection issue, I think its a combination of how APEX write data (Slowly and with bugs) and how Operations Center reads it. For example, lets say the 2gb backup hosts 2 million lines of code, if there is one tiny bug in one of those lines, the entire backup will be rejected. I would think that the larger the backup, the increased probability for a mistake to be made as we all know that APEX is far from perfect.
The reason it works with a dealer? I don't think its magical, I think its because you had to create a clean backup on a clean thumb drive and for some reason this help eliminate the potential for mistakes? |
