S IL | I have a contact who is a very good dentist about an hour and a half away from Amherst. He has never traveled to our training even though he wants our help. He does treat sleep some just still learning. I checked the website and this service isn't mentioned. I'd rather not get this 3rd party involved until you are serious about doing this. If you come to St Louis area occasionally anyway I know what I would do as part of your business trip.
