No lead shanks. Took factory disc leveler off. It was a big p.o.s. from the day we bought it. Currently have old chisel shanks in it's place that do ok.

We have considered pulling an unverferth 75 rolling basket behind it. But with no gps we thought that combo would be too long to turn around

Well there's your problem! Went from a 530 with no lead shanks to a 730b with lead shanks and the improvment was noticeable. I was happy with how much leveler it was behind the machine and not as big of clumps. Add lead shanks and put your factory disc leveler back on get it set right and it will do a good job. Just found a set of aftermarket rolling baskets that mount on the machine behind the disk leveler so I'm excited to give that a try next fall. But I was pleased with how it performed stock.
