There is nothing wrong with a 730b, but you will need disk leveler, as stated above they are not meant to run real deep. If they are loose and worn out they can be rebushed and rebuilt. Some guys here run the narrower points and pulls easier. Every ripper has to have some kind of leveler to keep clods down. We run a 875 with a basket but last two falls have only been able to use it 25 percent of The time because of the wet fall so we still rely on disc leveler and have had no trouble in the spring. No matter what brand still are going to fight some kind of leveler.
