our CED is a lady but it doesn't really matter. They told me most in the county went ARC as did I back then. But they have no one else in my situation right now because while they are the controlling county the land is in another where CRP is more prevalent. Thanks for the thoughts, i was leaning towards ARC county and i knew the individual didn't pay here as well.
