Aberdeen MS		are cheaper that are not in the market share.

AmBetter market share plan (only plan available in my county) is $1184/mo with a $7050 deduct.

BCBS ACA compliant policy but NOT in the market share, $999/mo with a $6000 deduct HSA.

Pre existing doesn't apply with either plan.
