You can find extremely affordable insurance on the marketplace if (and only if) you qualify for the income-based subsidies. Doesn't have anything to do with your balance sheet. Around $98,500 AGI is where the subsidies start on a sliding scale for a family of 4. It's a mess but it's the system we've got.
