South Eastern ,ILL | When I was 5 my dad would take me to the field ( my mother was sick)
place me in the middle of a field and plow around me all day on his WD45, while I played in the dirt. I Drove that WD45 in 2nd grade.
Learned & loved the farm life while growing up, fast forward headed
to college, dad say " no room for you here" worked out 2 years,got
my farming break, now 45 years later my son farms with me.
My point: when dad set me in the middle of that field & I got that soil
on my fingers, I guess it made it all the way to my heart. | |
