I do the low carb diet and am down about 45 pounds after 5 years. Eat lots of salads, cheese and meats. Run 25 miles a week also which helps. Still like my Miller Lite too. Easy to make my high school senior wrestling weight (155) almost every day and get close to my junior year weight every once in a while (145).
