Really didn't find much info regarding what you should eat and what not to eat.
Anybody do this and be successful?
I do notice I feel some better after quitting the bread. My main stay was sandwiches of every style. Perfect 1 person meal. NOT
personal experience...it can take a week for your system to "adapt" to regular change ... or lack of regular ... if you're on it for a while and get in a routine, it can bring "regular" quickly ... just the body changing to adapt
