Same head and same problems here. Ran it on a 2166 for 7 years and never figured out a solution. Running it on a 7088 this year and still have problems, thought the increase in ground speed would help with more material coming in the head, but it hasn't. I'm seriously considering using the Yield 360 gathering chains next year.
