Shoal Lake, Manitoba, Canada | Don, I find your posts very informative. I'm in the process of deciding which system I will use in my combine. I'm looking at the Deere AutoTrac with the SF1 signal and the Outback S2 with eDrive.
Due to our local terrain it is imperative I have Contour and Straight Line tracking which I believe Outback has, not too sure the Deere system can do both, "Hands Off".
Outback S2 claims a 50% increase in accuracy with their Crescent Receiver Technology. Any info as to whether the Outback System equipped with their eDif would be as accurate and reliable as the Deere AutoTrac with SF1 signal would be much appreciated. I realize the final decision is mine.
