Then you really believe that some day you will get the non cash portion of that dividend back. Good luck with that. Most of these Co-ops are deficit spending with your equity credits. If like most, what you get in cash is enough to pay the tax on the non cash portion, which you may or may not ever get and many times if you do get it its after your death.
