keeping it together will not do any good for the ones who run family farms, they are like a nightmare that keep going and going , when was the last time you had anyone try to rent all of your rented ground by paying a lot more ,like a $150 an acre more, its just plain greed, and its everywhere from that area


I agree with pfl I don't know this Boerson guy but he farms 2 pretty good chunks of ground near me. One chunk is owned by the investment bunch from Indiana. The only one stupid enough to farm it with the insane rents this investment gangster group wanted was this guy from Zeeland. The other is a greedy farmer that worked at getting the highest rent he possibly could (both chunks of ground are marginal at best). Once again it was this yo-yo from Zeeland. I hope they all go broke (tenant and landlord). Just greedy. As for ZFS? I am sure they are looking out for number one (and it's not boerson). My limited contact with them has been positive.
