Ludington/Manistee MI area | I spoke with a credible source today and a peer of mine spoke with a separate source we both heard similar stories. I'm not going in much detail but my blood pressure is much lower than last night. To not burn bridges I'm not going into detail but let's leave it at that. Remember ZFS and Boreson had a business relationship before 95% of you heard of Boreson.
The success of my operation is tied to both the merchandising and freight side of them. Yes they have some "special" drivers but all in all are a pleasant group to deal with. ZFS staying financially stable is important to me.
Many of the past gossipy threads bothered me. If ZFS would have bailed them out and been liable to Boresons spending habits the risk it posed to Michigan agriculture is huge.
The sad part is if Boreson doesn't survive this someone will try to step in and take a try. |
