you*got*really*lucky.
read the horror stories of what has happened and then think what it would have been like if just some of it happened to you too. you and many others have been playing with hand grenades. some detonated, yours did not.
I can imagine what your neighbors thought about your success..
edit: so you say you can't put down a pre because you farm too much? there is a fix for that..
