Farm in WC Iowa | I would agree on the rasp bars needing replaced and your conclaves do not look like they have a square edge yet either. If $ is tight just change out the first 1/3 of them as that is where most of your separation is happening. I think 18 bars will do the front 1/3. Also I believe if you run corn you should have a few straight bars or kicker bars. I though eight of them but cannot remember off the top of my head.
Our 2388 was not giving a great sample last year and we got some new bars for this year. I hope to get a better sample. ( we did manage to get less than
2% fm and cleanout on our seed beans though!)
