n.c.iowa | We ran two 2366's side by side, one had the afx"upgrade", converted while we owned it,( actually my uncle). The other had a standard rotor. The afx upgrade was supposed to be better than sliced bread, at about $8000 it had better been. The only difference we could see was that the afx equipped machine burned more fuel, was harder to set in corn, and all in all was a great disappointment. The only positive was that in tough beans we could get a cleaner sample.
The standard rotor machine was a three year newer model, maybe that was the difference? | |
