Years back a neighbor had to replace a grain bin roof. It was a small 2000 bushel bin. I suggested he use his new spider braced auger . He opped for his older wore out non spider braced auger.
Opps , it collapesed about halfway to the bin and crashed down.
He hired a gin pole truck to come finish the job.
