NW Indiana | It isn't a fair price when something shady is going on.... there is no way the rents they are receiving is legitimate. Actually the bankruptcies prove it isn't. And our system keeps allowing this to happen. They actually haven't bought a piece I wanted but I have several neighbors that it happened to. It is normally a young guy bidding with a smirk on his face. I've seen many of times someone wanting to go knock the smirk of their face. | |
