NW Indiana | I'm shocked none of them have gotten their a** kicked at an auction. Many neighbors have wanted to buy pieces willing to pay fair prices, these guys won't stop sometimes. You get a bto willing to pay some stupid rent that no way pencils(insurance fraud is my theory) and they will pay a stupid price for the land. It will not work in the long run. It's vehicles like these that can take the ag complex to its knees again. I struggle at every auction to not give them a piece of my mind. | |
