Eastern SD | If one always follows the other, you could set both swath widths to 85'. They will not run the same AB lines, first AB line of second combine will be staggered by 42.5'. This means the first combine to finish a pass has to wait for second combine to clear the field before he starts back (can't leave a skip, so the ends of their heads would be in the same guess row).
The idea below about setting both machines to a 5' swath width is far better. You'll have to get close to your line before engaging, but that is typical with a combine. |
