I like to know who I am talking to as well. A bigger peeve of mine is businesses where you leave a message inquiring about a part or machine and they never return your call. 2 weeks ago I called about 20 salvage yards looking for some NLA silage chopper parts.Only 3 actually answered my call, left messages with 8 or 9, got a return call from 1. Their business must be so good they don't need my money.
