East Central, Nebraska | I currently use one on a gandy box to do exactly what your asking. mine came with a drive that was setup for raven controls. I just eliminated them and added this module. as said above you really don't have to do any of the other things that it is capable of. I only run my drive with mine and monitor shaft speed. I have tried to make the fan speed work with no luck but really not spent that much time on it. fan speed really doesn't mean much, my pressure gauge is much more important when monitoring tube pressure and getting the product to the ground without plugging, I doubt monitoring fan speed on the display would change that. you say VR is not important and I get that but it is one of the benefits you are buying if you like it or not.
