frederick, MD | They require the vendors to apply UPC codes that work flawlessly. Put a package in one of their stores and if it misses a few scans your product will be out.
They are about efficiency. They don't like boxes filled half full and think their customers are smarter then that anyway. They prefer clean tight packaging that can be sold right from the box.
