it will be way too deep with the FC, even for lighter ground
for what it costs, I think you will be money ahead to pay someone to drill it vs broadcast anyway
if the field is smooth no till it, I really like not till, but in our lighter soils you end up with so many coyote holes you have to at least disc it to level it up
