The clinic here in Coldwater, MI has their own Ultra Sound Machine. Purchased and funded by the Knights of Columbus.
X2 KofC purchases the equipment and donates it to the clinic. The only cost to the clinic is someone to run the machine. It is working here in Kansas abortions in those clinics are way down.
