NW Washington | I remember working buzzing wood with a factory made Ford buzz saw that mounted on the 3 pt of an 8N Ford tractor. Its blade was out in the open just like the one pictured, but the table was hinged at the bottom and held away from the blade with a spring. My job was always catching the cut off piece and tossing it on the pile. Scary stuff, but sure a lot faster than cutting firewood with a chain saw like is commonly done now. | |
