Canada cares "here". Idiots at the border turned me around with a JD 6200 from MN with a tiny bit of grease film on the bottom of the engine - tractor was spotless otherwise. In the next lane was a pulp truck, bark and soil on the trees, that of course is allowed. I understand why the rules are there, but the application of them requires some common sense.
