NW MN | I just about rented land in canada this spring. We decided against it because theres a lot of paper work and we would have had to drive 45 miles around with loaded trucks to a border crossing with an agriculturalist on staff to inspect the loads. the farm is only 4 miles from the border and the ground was 4 miles into canada. The US is more fussy when you bring the equipment back it needs to be spotless no mud and no seeds left in the case of a combine. They didnt want any weeds being brought back over Going into canada they didnt care. | |
